Clowdy runs locally on Windows 10 or 11. It requires a working microphone for voice commands, a web camera (optional, for visual awareness tasks), and a valid Google Gemini API key to power the language and reasoning loops.
No. You can sign up with a valid email address and activate your account instantly. You will receive full access to the software executable and a 7-day trial license key without entering any credit card or billing details.
After your trial, or if you choose to purchase right away, you can select InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, or Bank Transfer. You make the payment to the official account details displayed in your dashboard, then upload a receipt screenshot or PDF. Once the administrator verifies the reference code (usually within a few minutes), your license is updated automatically.
Each license key has a hardware lock and device slot limit (1 device slot by default). You can view, rename, and revoke active devices from your dashboard. If you upgrade your computer, you can easily revoke the old slot to register the new machine.
No. Clowdy operates with a local-first privacy model. All screenshot captures, webcam snapshots, and audio logs are processed locally and sent directly to Google Gemini APIs using your personal API key. None of your local desktop activity is ever streamed, saved, or logged on our servers.
Since we offer an unrestricted 7-day free trial, license purchases (250 EGP) are generally non-refundable once approved and generated. However, if you experience complete technical software failure on your machine that our support team cannot fix within 7 days, we will issue a full refund.
